For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document:

• "tap55" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" refers to the tap55 online betting and casino service accessible at tap55.io and all associated mobile-optimised interfaces.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the tap55 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the individual registered user account created by a Player on the tap55 platform.
• "Balance" refers to the sum of real-money funds held in a Player's tap55 account at any given time, expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional funds credited to a Player's account that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Bet" / "Wager" refers to any real-money stake placed by a Player on any sporting event, casino game, or other wagering product offered by tap55.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process conducted by tap55 in accordance with its compliance obligations.
• "BST" refers to Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone in which tap55 operates and records all time-stamped transactions.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country or territory from which access to or use of the tap55 platform is restricted or forbidden under applicable law.

To register an account and use the tap55 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Proof of age may be requested at any time and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in account suspension.
• You must be a natural person. Corporations, partnerships, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid payment method registered in your name.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended account on the tap55 platform. Each individual is permitted one account only.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of tap55 or its affiliated service providers.

tap55 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Registration constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and the tap55 Privacy Policy.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your tap55 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time verification codes sent to your registered mobile number. tap55 strongly recommends the following security practices:

• Use a unique password for your tap55 account that is not shared with any other online service.
• Enable two-step SMS verification, which is available free of charge to all registered players.
• Never share your account credentials with any third party, including family members.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify tap55 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

tap55 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from tap55 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

tap55 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable precautions to secure their credentials or has shared their credentials with a third party.

All financial transactions on the tap55 platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following conditions govern deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. tap55 does not impose a maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
• Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All payment accounts or cards used must be registered in the Player's own name.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed instantly under normal operating conditions. Card deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take up to 30 minutes to be reflected in the Player's account balance.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to successful KYC verification and the absence of any active account review or fraud investigation.
• tap55 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, individual payment providers may apply their own charges, for which tap55 accepts no responsibility.
• tap55 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits.
• Withdrawal requests will not be processed to a payment method that differs from the method used for the corresponding deposit, except where the original payment method is no longer available, in which case tap55 support must be contacted prior to submitting the withdrawal request.

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on the tap55 platform. Sport-specific rules may be published separately on the relevant sports page and shall take precedence over these general rules in the event of a conflict.

• All bets are placed and settled in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Bet confirmation is provided immediately upon acceptance; unconfirmed bets are not valid.
• Bets may only be placed while a Player's account is in good standing with a sufficient real-money balance to cover the stake.
• tap55 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a material error in odds has occurred, including but not limited to pricing errors caused by data feed failures or human error. Players will be notified of voided bets and their stake will be returned in full.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the current state of the event at the time the bet is received and confirmed by tap55's systems. tap55 is not responsible for internet latency, connection interruptions, or delays that affect the timing of in-play bet submissions.
• tap55 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted on any market without prior notice. Stakes in excess of the applicable maximum will be partially accepted up to the limit or declined.
• Bet settlement will follow the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, BCB for BPL fixtures). In the event of a result dispute at official level, settlement will be deferred until an official result is declared.
• Abandoned matches: where a cricket match is abandoned due to weather, political events, or other causes beyond the control of tap55, standard abandonment rules will apply as published on the cricket betting page. In most cases, bets on abandoned matches are voided and stakes returned.

The tap55 casino offers a range of products including live dealer table games, video slots, crash games, and virtual sports. The following conditions apply to all casino game activity:

• All casino games offered by tap55 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real-time physical dealing processes overseen by qualified dealers employed by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi.
• Game outcomes are independent of previous results. Past performance is not indicative of future outcomes. No strategy, betting system, or pattern can influence or predict the result of any RNG-based game.
• tap55 reserves the right to void and remove any casino game winnings that arise from a technical malfunction, software error, or disconnection fault in the game software or live streaming infrastructure. Stakes wagered during a technical fault will be returned.
• Progressive jackpot games display estimated jackpot values in ৳. Actual jackpot amounts are confirmed at the time of the triggering event and may differ from displayed estimates due to rounding or real-time fluctuations.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all casino games and are displayed within each individual game interface prior to play commencing. It is the Player's responsibility to review these limits before placing a wager.

tap55 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms disclosed on the relevant promotion page:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above who have completed the registration process and, where applicable, the KYC verification process.
• Each bonus offer is limited to one claim per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to unmet wagering requirements at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited without compensation.
• tap55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any bonus offer with reasonable prior notice to affected players. Modifications will not apply retroactively to bonuses already accepted and actively being wagered.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, the use of multiple accounts, or the exploitation of technical errors will be voided, and the accounts involved may be permanently suspended.
• tap55 may, at its sole discretion, exclude specific games or bet types from contributing towards wagering requirements. Where such exclusions apply, they will be disclosed in the promotion's specific terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tap55 platform. Engaging in any of the behaviours listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration or KYC process.
• Using or attempting to use any software, bot, algorithm, script, or other automated tool to gain an unfair advantage in betting or casino games.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any other form of manipulation of game or sporting outcomes.
• Exploiting errors, miscalculated odds, technical faults, or software vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Conducting transactions on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party using your tap55 account.
• Using the tap55 platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour towards tap55 staff or other users via any communication channel.
• Accessing the tap55 platform using a VPN, proxy server, or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions.

All content published on the tap55 platform — including but not limited to the tap55 brand name, logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, game interfaces, statistical data, odds formatting, and marketing materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of tap55 or is used under licence from its respective rights holders.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the tap55 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not constitute a transfer of any intellectual property rights to the Player and does not permit the Player to reproduce, redistribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any tap55 content without the express prior written consent of tap55.

Any unauthorised reproduction or commercial exploitation of tap55's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable law. All trade marks, service marks, and logos displayed on the tap55 platform remain the property of their respective owners.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tap55 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the tap55 platform, including:

• Loss of funds resulting from betting or casino game outcomes.
• Service interruptions, platform downtime, or delays in transaction processing caused by technical failures, third-party payment provider outages, telecommunications failures, or events of force majeure.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised account access where reasonable security precautions have not been observed by the Player.
• Loss of data, including bet history or account transaction records, arising from events outside tap55's reasonable control.
• Decisions made by the Player in reliance on information, statistics, or data displayed on the platform that subsequently prove to be inaccurate.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit tap55's liability for death or personal injury arising from tap55's negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

tap55 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering on the tap55 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

tap55 does not sell or transfer personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulated payment processors, fraud prevention services, KYC verification providers, and other operational service providers strictly as necessary to deliver the tap55 platform services. tap55 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment for all players. The following tools are available to all registered players free of charge through the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend betting and casino access for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and prevent re-registration for a minimum period of 6 months.

tap55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Any breach of these Terms & Conditions by the Player.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• A Player's failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request from tap55.
• A Player's request for self-exclusion or voluntary account closure.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or other binding legal requirement to do so.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account — after deducting any bonus funds that had not met their wagering requirements — will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC or fraud review process.

tap55 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — such as changes affecting Player rights, financial terms, or eligibility criteria — tap55 will provide reasonable advance notice via email to the registered address or via a prominent notification on the platform, no less than 14 days before the amended terms take effect.

Continued use of the tap55 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. Players who do not agree with the amended terms should close their account prior to the effective date of the changes. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of the tap55 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. tap55 operates its platform with a specific focus on the Bangladesh market and applies these Terms & Conditions with reference to the standards and expectations of Bangladesh players.

In the event of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the tap55 internal disputes process described in these Terms & Conditions, the parties agree to seek resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other formal remedy. Nothing in this clause limits a Player's statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court or other authority of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
